Do you own a TM or a Food Processor? Is it your 'baby' or a glorified dust collector? 🙈
Me, I'm not a total TM worshipper, but if you're on the bliss ball bandwagon, one of the above is a must! A brilliant way to squeeze extra nutrients and good fats into your little ones tummies.
Our boy loves chocolate (cacao), our girl loves the coconut apricot. School safe with no nuts. And our favourite part, they can grab a variety or dried fruit, seeds and coconut from the shelf and it's nearly always guaranteed to work out! How's that for an easy Monday ? ✌🏼

I haven't rocked this little (big) guy to sleep for at least a year, and I have to say despite him being so unwell, it was super special for me. Thank you for the S L O W D O W N reminder Archer, my sweet baby bear. 🐻💙

These super simple Cauliflower Tots may just be the answer to tonight's dinner dilemma. 🙌🏼
• Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces
• Steam for 7 minutes
• Drain and dry cauliflower
• Dip cauliflower in 1 - flour, 2 - whisked egg, 3 - breadcrumbs
• Shallow fry until golden
(Tonight we've used coconut flour and panko crumbs instead of breadcrumbs for extra tastiness)

It is with a heavy heart that I let you know that My Fresh Baby will be going on hold until early 2018...

I have been so proud, so honoured, so humbled to have cooked for many beautiful families throughout the Midwest. To all of those teeny little babes, vibrant toddlers and loving parents - THANKYOU. It's been a surreal adventure, of the best kind.

At My Fresh Baby we've never compromised on food safety, quality or produce - always complying with food safety standards and leasing our commercial kitchen space. Being a mum myself, this has always been so important to me and I hope that you've felt this through our food.

My Fresh Baby has been a one-mum band, with me at the helm. It's been exciting and fun, but also so hard. And while I have loved so much of all of it - the cooking, the photo shoots, the research, and most importantly you - today my nearly 3 year old daughter put her backpack on herself after buckling her sandals for daycare and I wondered where that time had gone. When did she get so big? Don't get me started on the littlest one, he's growing up too fast too.

While I told myself that I was ready for this beautiful growing business, my heart has struggled with where I should be and where I need to be.

So, I'm leaning back in to my family and leaning out of MFB. At least for a little while.

I look forward to continuing to share some of our favourite kid-friendly wholefood recipes, mum-lyf hacks and baby funnies on our page.

No one warns you about the dark sides of motherhood and pregnancy.. no one gives you a heads up on how much you change physically and mentally after you become a mother. It's been a long and hard postpartum ride for me.. 18 months after my first son and 5 months after my second son I feel like I can finally see the light ✨ and it genuinely feels amazing💖 cheers to you mamas who are battling postpartum depression and still getting up everyday for your children! Cheers to you mamas who still cry about the marks on your skin from birthing your perfect babies! Cheers to motherhood, cheers to knowing that this too shall pass! And things will get better." 💗

We've taken our last orders for 2016 and are looking forward to some R&R with our little family over the next few weeks. Christmas is truly the greatest. Our family is always busy (who's isn't 😉) so if there's a holiday that celebrates togetherness and throws about public holidays to encourage us all to relax, I'm all for it!
Being Christmas and all, you know I'd never leave you stranded - we've loaded our freezers full of MFB snap-frozen treats that I'm most happy to deliver if you get stuck... Elf outfit not included. 😜

It finally landed on our doorstep today, and I cannot wait to read Elle her first story tomorrow. A beautiful book filled with stories of kick-arse women from across the world - activists, scientists, painters, astronauts and Australia's favourite sailor 💙

Trying to stay on the NICE list this year? 🎅🏼 How about trying these super simple Santa approved Zucchini Pizza Boats? 💚❤️ It's as easy as slicing a zucchini in half, scraping out the seeds, filling the inside with their favourite festive toppings and baking in the oven for 30 mins! Simple, fresh and easy. The BEST! 🌟
