Welcome to Week 7 💜
Wadbi students were so excited today to receive a special parcel from author David Walliams. In Term 3, as part of a persuasive writing focus, Year 3 students wrote letters to Mr David Walliams in an attempt to persuade him to include Mr Wilson in the ‘World’s Worst Teachers’ books 😅 Mr Walliams was so impressed by the letters, he wrote back and donated 3 signed books to our school. These books will be available to borrow from our library. 💜 Well done, Wadbi and Mr Willson!
A reminder to Year 6 families that next Tuesday 21 November is the transition day to Geraldton Senior High School. Any Year 6 student who is enrolled there for next year will need to make their own way to and from GSHS on that day.
Mr Cobber and Ms Sarah will be waiting for the students on the grassed area near the Administration Building and will remain with them for the day.
At Beachlands Ps we say ‘YES hat, YES play’ 💜 Hats can be purchased from our front office for $10 each or we have spares for borrowing (these are washed daily). We are a SunSmart school

The sun sets on our final night in Kalbarri. It’s been a fun-filled few days, and we’re sure all the students will be coming back with some fantastic memories!
Families, we’ll be departing at 11:30am with a short stop over in Northampton for lunch. We aim to arrive back at school by 2pm. If we are delayed, we will communicate this to you.
Another beautiful day on the Year 5/6 camp 💜
Strong winds and horizontal rain meant an amended itinerary for the day. Our quick visit to the shops led to an unexpected goat cuddle 🥰 We made the most out of having to stay put, with plenty to do at the camp school! It was fantastic to see the students playing a range of games and socialising together.
The kids were kind to us adults and went to sleep on time(ish). Mr O got the blood pumping this morning with some morning fitness. Fingers crossed the weather allows us to get out and about today!
We’ve arrived safe and sound and already on our first excursion! Excited to see some whales 🐳
Welcome to Week 9 Beachlands Ps.
This year, we have had a whole school commitment to learning and practising fundamental movement skills and core sports. Two PE lessons a week for skills and application and the popular Faction Friday are our key strategies and what a difference they are making!
