I offer a secure, loving and stimulating environment to provide fun and engaging learning. My beliefs as an educator:
My service believes that children are our future and must be nurtured to grow to be confident and socially competent members of the community assisting them to go on to reach their full potential. I offer a secure, loving and stimulating environment which provides for individual de

velopment and social, emotional, physical, intellectual needs of all children. I believe in the early years learning framework programs that are focused on the needs of each individual child and allow play-based learning with reflective practice to create fun and engaging learning environments. I embrace culture diversity within the community which we live with respect and understanding the empathy including Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders. I actively encourage and increase awareness of environmental responsibility through promoting sustainable practices. I provide and maintain my service that places an importance on safety, well being and positive relationships. I abide by the national law, national regulations, standard and service policies that are in place.
