🛍️ Here are just some of the highlights from the Kids' Makes & Bakes Market held on 18th July!

⭐ This was our 9th Kids' Makes & Bakes Market.
⭐ We celebrated TWO YEARS of Kids' Makes & Bakes Markets! (Our very first market was held in July 2024.)
⭐ There were 25 stalls, all organised and run by local kids and teens.
⭐ 14 stallholders were participating for the very first time, while 11 returning stallholders came back for another market.
⭐ Visitors enjoyed an amazing variety of creations, including fresh produce, jewellery, playdough, handmade crayons, artwork, fairy wands, crocheted toys, stickers, 3D prints, cupcakes, a sausage sizzle and so much more.
⭐ So many people came along to support our young makers, bakers and creators. Thank you, Geraldton, for continuing to champion our youngest entrepreneurs and creatives. 🙏🏻

📅 It's exciting to share that the next market will be held on Saturday 10th October! 🎉

School's out so it's time to play! There's so much happening in Geraldton these holidays between Euphorium and the City of Greater Geraldton programs there is something for everyone!

Play More will be at Rocks Laneway in the second week for Loose Parts Cubby Building, LEGO Legends! and of course the Kids' Makes & Bakes Markets!

Got some bubble wrap laying around? Consider using it to paint on! A unique canvas that also makes a great printing surface when paper is pressed onto the colours! This is what we got up to at Toddler Tuesday today!

If you're looking for a fun (and sometimes messy!) environment for the kids to explore, then Toddler Tuesdays is a lovely opportunity to immerse yourselves in open-ended, free play!

Open to all ages (not just Toddlers!) this is a weekly offering hosted by Play More at Rocks Laneway during school terms, made possible thanks to Euphorium and the City of Greater Geraldton.

We'll be back next term with more FREE play in the C*D! See you there 👋🏻

That's what's so wonderful about the cardboard box... Unlimited possibilities ✨ and, with the super cool Makedo tools and Chompshop Chomp Saw, the play is taken to the next level! Just bring your imagination ☺️

Consider a play party for your next event, or even just because! 🎶 “Making” isn’t limited to arts, crafts and baking - music is a make too!

🎸 Our youngest citizens are invited to perform, busk and share their musical talents with visitors at the Kids' Makes & Bakes Markets on Saturday 18 July. From guitar and violin to keyboard, drumming and more - all instruments are welcome!

✨ Rocks Laneway is the perfect central spot for busking, and live music always brings a special atmosphere to the energy and bustle of market day.
