I know Instagram is full of PTs, who review recipes from Nutrition coaches, who review recipes from Fitness bloggers ... and so on ... BUT 👇
this recipe is actually worth keeping 💡

Empty 1 packet sugar free/low sugar jelly (any flavour) into a heat proof bowl.
Add 250 ml hot water & mix.
Add 250 g plain yoghurt & mix.
Chill in the fridge overnight.

The whole bowl 🧐 has 325 kcal even with full cream Greek yoghurt (Farmer's Union) or only 168 kcal 🤯 with Chobani or Aldi's Yoguri Greek yoghurt ... and that's 4 serves! 🤤
