We are also welcoming BodyCombat back to its time slot of 12:05pm on Tuesdayβs for 45mins of pure fun and sweat- woooo!!! ππ»
PLUS...we are saying goodbye to our Monday morning Core class and moving it to the popular time slot of Thursday evening to finish your day working on those killer abs π₯
