This week we are acknowledging the important work of our non-teaching staff. We are very fortunate to have a hard working EFA team and a dedicated TA team at South. We don't know what we would do without you all!

It was a wonderful morning at Launching into Learning Playgroup. Today we celebrated all of the great male models in our lives, in celebration of Father's Day, with a delicious morning tea.

There were diggers and trucks working in foamy mud, golf tees being hammered into pieces of pool noodles, beautiful cards were coloured and decorated, and some buildings were constructed using magnetic tiles. The children each drew a drawing on a plate for their special person to keep.

and South loved singing and dancing to The Hokey Pokey, Di**le Dangle Scarecrow and Galumph!

It’s Playgroup day!

This week at Launching into Learning Playgroup, we will be celebrating all of the amazing Dads, Grandpas, Pops, Uncles and amazing role models for Father's Day. All children will have the opportunity to create a special gift to take home for their special person.

We warmly welcome you to our FREE session for children aged between 0 and 5 at the George Town Child and Family Learning Centre. It's a great place to play, learn and connect with staff from Port Dalrymple School and South.

Bring a friend or two!

We will be holding a Father's Day stall on Thursday 3rd September & Friday 4th September from 8:15-9am. Prices will range from $1-$10.
