Both Johann and Kelly are amazing VET teachers and we are so fortunate to have them teaching our students at Port Dalrymple School.

We had a wonderful time at our Father’s Day Playgroup! 🥰 From creating special Father’s Day cards and plates and sharing stories to getting hands-on with our construction sensory play, there was lots of fun, creativity and learning happening. 🚜📚🎨

Our Launching into Learning Playgroup runs every Friday from 9:30am–11:00am at the George Town Child and Family Centre.

Playgroup is proudly run by teachers and TAs from South George Town Primary School and Port Dalrymple School, providing a welcoming space for little learners and their families to play, connect and learn together. 💕🌈

This week at Launching into Learning Playgroup, we will be celebrating all of the amazing Dads, Grandpas, Pops, Uncles and amazing role models for Father's Day. All children will have the opportunity to create a special gift to take home for their special person.

We warmly welcome you to our FREE session for children aged between 0 and 5 at the George Town Child and Family Learning Centre. It's a great place to play, learn and connect with staff from Port Dalrymple School and South.

Our students are currently completing the Wellbeing and Engagement Survey. The information gathered provides valuable insight into their experiences at school and helps us identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. The survey data informs our decisions around learning programs, staffing, wellbeing supports and resource allocation, ensuring we focus our efforts where they are needed most. By listening to student voice, we continue to strengthen a positive school culture where every student feels known, safe, well and learning.
