🍋 Look what I made!

Our little bakers absolutely smashed their Lemon & Raspberry Scrolls this week! 🤌🏼
From making and rolling their dough, spreading the filling, slicing their scrolls and finishing them off with that delicious drizzle - these were made completely from scratch by some very proud little chefs!

16 KIDS. I can’t believe it. 🤣🍪

Although… I absolutely can, and I’m 100% blaming the little stuff-up on my end on being severely sleep deprived with two teething, currently unwell kids. 😂

BUT — we got it done!!!! 🙌🏼

Loaded Cookies were an absolute HIT. It was chaotic, it was loud, it was messy, it was a little crazy at times… but most importantly, it was SO much fun!

16 little bakers measuring, mixing, creating and loading up their cookies with all the good stuff — and somehow we made it out the other side with some seriously incredible creations.

These are the sessions that remind me exactly why I started The Little Mixing Bowl. It doesn’t need to be perfectly quiet or perfectly organised — kids are learning, creating, laughing, getting involved and having the BEST time doing it (+ staying off devices!!!)

A HUGE thank you to all of the kids for bringing the energy today!

Safe to say… Loaded Cookies will definitely be making another appearance.
