What an exciting day of learning for our Year 1/2 students! 🍦✨

Our young scientists rolled up their sleeves and made their very own ice cream! As they mixed, shook and watched simple ingredients transform into a delicious treat, students explored the science behind freezing and changing states of matter.

There were plenty of smiles, lots of excitement and, of course, a tasty reward at the end! Hands-on learning has never been so sweet. 🍨

What an incredible milestone for our amazing Prep students—100 days of learning, growing, laughing and achieving!

Over the past 100 days, our youngest learners have built friendships, discovered new skills, grown in confidence and shown incredible curiosity every single day. From learning their letters and numbers to becoming independent learners, we couldn’t be prouder of how far they have come.

Today was filled with smiles, creativity and plenty of fun as we celebrated this special achievement together. Thank you to our wonderful families for your ongoing support and to our dedicated Prep teachers for making every one of these 100 days meaningful and memorable.

On Friday our students celebrated NAIDOC Week by exploring and celebrating the rich cultures, histories and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through games, art, music, dance and storytelling. A big thank you to Aunty Kez and everyone who helped make the day such a meaningful celebration of this year’s theme, “50 Years of Deadly.”
