This month was a big one for anniversaries at Nido Waurn Ponds!

We celebrated Crystal’s massive achievement of 9 Years with us!

Hayley celebrated 4 years at the service!
We also had Katelyne & Tayyab complete one year with Nido!

✨INTRODUCING • TEAGAN

Teagan has 15 years of experience working with children, She is a qualified early years teacher who brings such a world of knowledge, care, and support to our service.

Not only does Teagan help support the team as one of our ECT’s, she is our very special CURRICULUM LEADER!

Teagan mentors the educators throughout the week with their curriculums, introducing the Nido curriculum this year and ensuring all of our little people have learning journey’s to help them learn and grow.

Just recently Teagan has implemented a ‘children’s council’ within the kinder space of Nido Waurn Ponds.
This brings the children’s voices to life, they share ideas and opinions, they ask questions and this is all shared within our Quality Improvement Plan.

Teagan believes every day matters, every child’s voice matters and that learning should be filled with learning through play, utilising the environment as the third teacher and sharing connections with one another.
