School excursion to Booln Booln Aboriginal Cultural Centre - Learning about Wadda Wurrung Country ceremonies, arts, food and culture.
Walked through the bushlands to feed the emus, wallabies and tried the art of Boomerang throwing.

Another busy weekend with Badminton, Bounce Trampoline Park and a visit from Roaming Reptiles where students get a hands on experience with an array of reptiles, amphibians, including snakes, lizards, frogs, geckos, turtles and baby crocodiles.

This afternoon we braved the winter chill, got the gang together for a school photo. We managed two versions, a very serious version and a not so serious version 😅

Avalon spending a saturday lunching at Grazeland, followed up with a visit to Science Works interactive science technology museum.

Happy faces in and around the boarding house this week with the most popular lunch time activities being netball and the snooker table. Also a big shout out to Mr D. the Avalon grounds are looking amazing.

Off to the races, where plenty of giggles were had taking the inflatable horses for a ride. Mr Paull was the one to beat, let's just say, it may not have ended that well for him! 🤣
