I have made the decision to no longer share my posts on Facebook. I find this platform frustrating and am tired of them trying to convince me to pay to boost my likes and visibility.
The purpose of my page is to share my story, journey and experiences. Not to create more followers or for marketing purposes.

After being all systems go this morning with meetings, Beth and I are now donating blood 😍 It is such a fabulous feeling knowing that we will potentially help save a life or improve the quality of life for someone 🥰 It is so easy and quick too! 🙌🏽 Thank you ❤️

Tonight the Executive Team had the pleasure of attending the show 🙌🏽A highlight was seeing our incredible share her magic 😍 We laughed and we cried and we laughed some more 🥰 How lucky am I to be surrounded by such magnificent humans?! ❤️

There is so much to share from today that I couldn’t choose just one highlight! 😄Our fabulous Steve organised a brilliant Sports Colours Day 🙌🏽 Thank you to the caregivers who were able to assist, much fun was had by all 🥰 Our fabulous Bianca offered henna tattoos for Tracy’s Group 😍 We were excited for the Team to explore their new learning spaces in anticipation for our moving day tomorrow 👏🏽 If that wasn’t enough excitement for one day, the Easter Bunny visited the Team 🐇 Everyone should sleep well tonight! ❤️

How beautiful is this photo capturing the tranquil Autumn views from my office?!? 😍 Thank you to our resident paparazzi, Rachel for snapping the beauty of our school 🙌🏽There is so much to love about Autumn 🍂 I love watching the changes throughout the different seasons ❤️

T and H have been working on a project to start a podcast 🥰 They are hoping to share stories of Woodline and provide another platform for our children to have a voice 👏🏽 I have been so impressed with the thought and planning they have put into it 🙌🏽 They wrote a beautiful letter to inviting her to be their first guest and were able to hand deliver it yesterday 😍 Of course Lael felt honoured and accepted the invitation ☺️ Have a wonderful weekend everyone ❤️

Oh my heart 🥰 I am still making my way through my Principal Catch Ups with all of the new children ☺️ This morning after our chat and hot chocolate, A asked if he could draw my portrait 😍 What a special way to start my day ❤️

I have wrestled with whether to share this 🤔 We do not place an emphasis on NAPLAN and we do not teach to the test 🙅‍♀️We see it as a snapshot of literacy and numeracy skills at that time and have an abundance of other learning information that we use to know each child as a learner, where they are and what they need next ☺️I often hear judgments about our school that are based on limited information or facts 😔 All they do is play, there is no ‘real’ learning, it is the Disneyland of schools….. just to share a few 😳 Yes learning is a priority, yes we are accountable to every child’s growth and yes we do have fun as often as we can! 🥰 Our NAPLAN results are one piece of evidence that we are are a community of learners 👏🏽 Keep swiping to see other thoughts around learning and assessment ❤️
