Super excited to announce that in 2024 Online Nutritional Plans will be available!

Introducing Graeme! A devoted Father of two, a qualified nutritionist & an advocate for Men’s Mental Health.

Over the years Graeme has had the opportunity to create his own clientele base through Khaos Coaching! (Ironic right?!)
Expanding his own palette through food, Graeme joins Dare 2 Evolve Coaching to expand our services & share his knowledge around food & its important relationship with training & everyday life!

Getting in the zone mentally prepares you for a training session. Pushing all your worry and thoughts aside and focusing on what’s right in front of you 👊🏽

This is your reminder as 2021 nears to a close, 2022 is another year of opportunity, so why waste time?

We saw & learnt the value of time throughout 2020 & 2021!
I’ve learnt to not take things for granted and to manifest all I’ve ever dreamed of. ✨

2022 is already beginning to take shape for me & although I’m very nervous I’m extremely excited to see where & go !

1:1 coaching is something I’ve always loved doing. Being able to connect with people face to face has always brought me joy.

Seeing clients develop a stronger connection to training allows me to continue teaching & supporting them how I know best ❤️

Nourishment & fulfilment?
Old memories for past generations?
Family traditions & togetherness?
Eating just because?

Wholesome food for me, allows me to feel content with what I’m consuming. Eating such wholesome foods allows me to fuel my body to have a bigger output when it’s time to train. 🔥

I know for a fact when I eat processed foods I feel extremely sluggish for the next 24hours and my training output sucks!

There is nothing wrong with eating those sweet or savoury treats you love but everything needs to be eaten in moderation.

Although it may not look aesthetically pleasing but being a busy mum / business woman I don’t have time to pretty it up. 🙅🏽‍♀️
