Not long now! State of the Art 2026 hits the Barwon Club Hotel band room on Wed 19th and Thu 20th August.
With awesome original music by Oxygen College's Music students, and audio by our Sound students, it's going to absolutely pumping, just like last year and the year before!
Entry is free. Doors at 6pm.
Can't wait. See you in two weeks!
Shattered State of Mind - a sliding puzzle where players had to arrange the tiles into the correct order by sliding one puzzle at a time into the empty space beside it, with the goal of completing the image of the brain without lifting the tiles.
This was another awesome student project for the Collaborative Art Practice subject in the second year of the Professional Artist Program!

Inhale: Oxygen College Postcard Show is currently showing at Geelong Library and Heritage Centre (The Dome), until next Thursday 6th August!
This exhibition showcases the high quality and diversity of the work our students create. It brings together an eclectic mix of mediums, all presented in a consistent 5x7 format as a Postcard Exhibition presented in a Salon Style.

State of the Art 2026 is nearly here!
On Wed 19th and Thu 20th August, come along to the Barwon Club Hotel band room to check out awesome original music by emerging local musicians (our rad students), with sound by the new faces in the Geelong audio space (also our rad students)!
Entry is free, music is sick, doors at 6pm. See you there!
Bryan Alexander visisted our Sound students to run his awesome annual ad editing workshop. As is tradition, the session finished up with a listening party of the students' new creations as well as some favourites from the past. It was room full of people laughing and marveling at amazing and hilarious audio creations - otherwise known as a sick time!

The Whimsy - a collaborative work using plants, found objects and photography to create a conversation about the relationship between man-made objects and nature. The Whimsy shows us the adaptive ability of nature and the hope this brings for the future.

Our Musical Theatre students had the opportunity to perform before a Morning Melodies show at Geelong Arts centre, treating the bustling crowd to a show before the show, and they nailed it!
