Exploring Balls and Tracks at Kindy!

This week at Lady Gowrie Marchant Park Community Kindergarten, our children were busy experimenting with balls, tracks and stands, creating their own exciting ball runs. With great concentration and patience, they tested ideas, rebuilt their constructions and explored how the balls moved as they rolled down different pathways.

Through this hands-on play, the children were developing early problem-solving skills, persistence, creativity and teamwork. It was wonderful to see children sharing ideas, adjusting their designs and celebrating when their ball runs worked just the way they hoped!

Play-based experiences like these help children build confidence as thinkers, engineers and collaborators while having lots of fun along the way.

We love seeing curiosity and imagination come to life in our learning spaces each day.
