Very pleased to have placed in both my competitions at today's Toastmasters Central Division Conference. Alas as much as getting back to Melbourne this year for the Toastmasters District 73 Convention would have been nice, it was not to be this year. Congratulations to all the winners, I will be cheering you on regardless, just can't afford the travel.

Due to maintenance work at the Gawler Elderly Centre, our meeting on Tuesday, 24 February will be at the Gawler Sport and Community Centre.
Same time: 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start.

On Tuesday 25th November, Beppy, Lauren, Natalie and Daniel ventured over to Tea Tree Gully for the Area C8 Humorous and Evaluation speech contests. Well done to Natalie for her 1st place in the Evaluation contest.
Natalie will now represent Area C8 in both the Evaluation and Table Topics speech contests at the Central Division Contests held in March next year.

Big well done to our club members who competed in the C8 Area contests on Tuesday 18th November at Payneham. Rick Bailey- International, and Lauren Copland and Natalie Mudge- Table Topics. Congratulations to Natalie for getting 1st and 2nd place respectively in Table Topics.
