The Fundamentals program covers the most common situations in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It covers the basic fundamentals of these situations, helping beginners understand the concepts behind each move.
This program prepares beginners to make the most of their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey.

The CDO schedule does not follow the school’s terms; new members are welcome at any time of the year.

Kids - 5 to 7 // Monday to Thursday at 4:15 pm
Kids - 8 to 12 // Monday to Thursday at 5 pm
Teenagers a 13 to 15 // Monday and Wednesday at 5 pm
