What a wonderful day it was running through the streets of Sydney, surrounded by thousands of like-minded people. The energy, the atmosphere, and the shared passion made it an experience to remember
There will come a day when I can no longer walk or runβbut for now, Iβll keep doing what I love, no matter how long it takes me.

With no expectations and not much HYROX preparation, I went to Sydney to see what it was all about.
There was a bit of suffering throughout (especially the wall balls β I wasnβt prepared for those at all).
Running with the flu wasnβt ideal, but I got it done β only cost me my voice. No regrets, it was fun.
Got my base result, and next time Iβll be better prepared and ready for the grind.
Next stop: Sydney Marathon ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ
