After taking a little time over the past couple of months to pause, reflect, and take stock, I’m very happy to be returning to teaching again. One of the things Qigong reminds me of, over and over, is that wellbeing is not built through intensity or perfection, but through small, consistent practices that help us reconnect with ourselves. Through mindful movement, breathwork, grounding, and meditative practice, Qigong can help support physical health, calm the nervous system, improve resilience, and create a greater sense of steadiness amidst the noise of life.

Upcoming offerings include:

• Wednesday evening and Saturday morning classes in Adelaide
• Online classes, including Relief in Motion — a gentle Qigong program for people living with rheumatological conditions and persistent pain (link up soon)
• A Perth weekend workshop
• An October retreat (8th–11th)
• A special Adelaide Qigong workshop on Sunday 5th July (link up soon)

I’ll place links with details in the comments below, along with a free Qigong practice resource for anyone who would like to begin or reconnect with practice. FEEL GOOD. FEEL THE QI!

I wish I was going to be in Adelaide to attend this event.
Dr Bessel van der Kolk is a clinical psychiatrist and long-time trauma researcher, best known as the author of The Body Keeps the Score. He’s presenting a full-day workshop at Norwood Concert Hall on Sunday 19 April (10am to 5pm). If you’re curious about how trauma can shape the body and nervous system, and what supports recovery, this is a rare chance to learn directly from one of the most influential voices in the field.

Never fear if you are a beginner - you will be well-looked after! Come and learn how to harmonise the body, mind and spirit with time-honoured gentle meditative movement practices.
