👻TERRIFYINGLY TERRIFIC TRIVIA💀
What a fantastic night for our school community on Saturday, at our Halloween themed parent Trivia Night! 🎟️It was a sell-out event with over 170 parents & staff in our school hall, dressed up to the max in costume, enjoying the Trivia, DJ, photobooth, food & drinks. 🙌🏼We raised approx $4k for the P&C, to be spent on projects that benefit our entire community. 🏆Congratulations to our winners: SCARILY SMART who took home $1k worth of prizes on the night and a BIG thank you to our local prize sponsors:

We’re off to a flying start with The Gr8 Race – an exciting global adventure helping our school stay cool!

Funds raised will go towards air conditioning units for classrooms and solar panels to power them – a smart and sustainable upgrade for our kids.

🎯 Our fundraising goal is $40,000 and we’ve already raised over $9,000!

Now’s the time to spread the word! Let family and friends know your child is “racing around the world” and sponsorship will help them make it to their next destination.

👫👫Tuesday 27 May - P&C Annual General Meeting 👫👫
📆7.30pm - School Staff Room
During the meeting:
➡️ Our Executives and Chairs of subcommittees report on the previous Calendar year
➡️ ⁠Committee members stand down and are either re-elected or new nominees are elected
➡️ Members will be able to vote on proposed motions & appointments

Those who are current P&C members are eligible to vote, and may be eligible to nominate for a subcommittee role. We still have a couple of subcommittee advisory roles open! If this appeals to you please come along to find out more ℹ️

After the AGM closes, everyone must go online to pay their annual membership fee & renew their membership once again ⏰

Current members and Life members have been invited by email, pre-reporting and agendas have been shared. We look forward to seeing you there!

🚶🏻‍♀️WALK SAFELY TO SCHOOL DAY - FRI 16 MAY🚶🏻‍♂️
Promoting safe and active walking to school, along with road safety awareness and now in its 26th year, National Walk Safely to School Day (WSTSD) is an annual event when all Primary School children are encouraged to walk safely to school. It is a Community Event seeking to promote Road Safety, Health, Public Transport and the Environment.

Grab your friends and take a stroll tomorrow!

🌸WE HOPE YOU HAD A WONDERFUL MOTHER'S DAY!🌼 And that you all loved your Mother's Day picture plates. Big, BIG shout out to all the Mums and Dads who came to Mingle at Manly Spirits last night!

We had a quick 'pivot' by the event crew on Friday to run things a bit differently for a smaller crowd, including a distillery tour and Gin tasting plus a separate lucky door mini-raffle.

All attendees got the mingle memo and we had such a fun time making new friends and catching up with existing ones in a warm, relaxed environment. The Spirits were high (pun intended), particularly after the gin tasting session! And the event org team were absolutely delighted with how it all turned out.

Thank you Minglers, for the lovely and fun evening.

HUGE thanks also to our generous prize sponsors Wild Forager, Mrs Jones the Baker and our wonderful hosts Manly Spirits, allowing us to treat 3 lucky mums to a wonderful lucky door prize to take home.

The larger raffle will be drawn separately for those who bought extra tickets, in aid of the decodable reading book funds.

🎨 OOSH SENIOR SPACE REVAMP🪛🪚 CALLING ALL HANDY, RENO-LOVING HARBORD PARENTS 🛠️

The OOSH team want to revamp the Senior Rooms so the children have the most engaging place for play.

Our friends at Bunnings have generously agreed to donate the paint and blinds for this project, but we need your help!
