100 Days of Kindergarten - a wonderful celebration
Our kindy students enjoyed a day packed with 100-themed fun, including making fairy bread covered in 100s and 1000s, colouring activities, maths games using our 100 charts, reading stories about 100, and creating special artwork.
We loved seeing our students in their creative costumes and we are so proud of how far they have come and all they have achieved in their first 100 days of school. Each child received a special award for reaching this milestone and, making kindergarten look so easy!
A highlight of the day was planting a tree alongside our grandparents, creating a lasting reminder of this special occasion and the growth we've shared together.
We shared many laughs imagining what life might look like when we're 100 years old. From secretive spies to champion tennis players, our future is certainly in good hands!
Congratulations to our amazing Kindergarten students on 100 days of learning, growing, and thriving. Here's to the next 100!

NAIDOC Week - 5 -12 July

This week we celebrate NAIDOC Week, an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the histories, cultures, achievements, and enduring contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year's theme, Fifty Years of Deadly, celebrates five decades of strength, leadership, resilience, and community. It honours the Elders, advocates, artists, storytellers, and communities whose voices and vision continue to shape the future.

We invite our families to join in celebrating NAIDOC Week by attending local community events, listening to First Nations voices, and taking time to learn more about the stories, cultures, and histories that continue to shape our shared future.

A Musical Start to the School Day!
One morning before school this week, we were treated to a wonderful guitar performance by some of our students. It was fantastic to hear how much progress they are making and to see their growing confidence and musical talent on display. These students are learning to play the guitar through extra-curricular lessons with Manly Music.
If you'd like to hear more, all the Manly Music students will be performing at St Matthews Church, Manly this weekend.
