Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, play-based learning environment? Bundara Kindergarten, located in the heart of Rockhampton, is seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher for commencement in Term 3, 2025.

• Role: Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
• Duration: 7-weeks
• Start Date: commencing Term 3, 2025
• Hours: 8am till 3.30pm

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Registration.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

After meaningful group discussions about reconciliation all children were encouraged to decorate a heart to create a “sea of hearts”. The children drew on their knowledge of reconciliation and how they can be kind and friendly. These thoughts were then recorded on their heart.

And that’s a wrap for our Kookaburra and Lorikeet friends for 2023.
This year we have welcomed a new staff member, made sultana's dance, turned 50, had our first colour run, had visits from the Nankin Rural Brigade, Healthy Harold, Nurses and Oral Health visits. We made beautiful friendships with the Capricorn Adventist Nursing Home and had visits from Guinea Pigs, Dogs, Chickens, Goats. We learnt Pilates and many parents and grandparents visit for Parent Roster. We also say Farewell to our lovely Miss Amber, who we will wish all the best in future endeavours.
We have loved having you as part of Bundara Family and wish you all the best as you start Prep next year đź’ś

Bundara Kindergarten is seeking a Casual Educational Support Assistant to commence in 2024. Essential Qualifications are a First aid certificate in a Education and care setting, including current resuscitation certificate, Current Suitability Card and a Minimum Certificate III in Children Services.
This casual position is Term Time and working hours are 8.45am till 2.45pm.
