🚗 Event Parking Update 🚗

We’re expecting a fantastic turnout with over 600 people attending our event! 🎉

Please note that parking will be very limited — only the top car park near the school office will be open. We kindly encourage everyone to use public transport, carpool, or take a taxi/Uber where possible.

🚪 Gates will close at 9:15pm sharp, so please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.

We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to make the night run smoothly for everyone. 💛

We’re so excited for The Last Hurrah this Saturday! With over 600 tickets sold, it’s shaping up to be a wonderful evening celebrating 64 years of memories at The Forest High School.
The P&C truly appreciates your support; every dollar raised will go directly back to the school to purchase resources for our students

Here’s everything you need to know for the night:
🎟️ Check-In & Entry:
Please have proof of your ticket purchase ready on arrival at the front gate. You’ll need to show this to receive your wristband for entry. Having your ticket ready will help ease queues and get everyone in smoothly.

🍔 Food & Drinks:
Our bar/canteen will be fully stocked and ready, with a great selection of food trucks and a coffee van on site for you to enjoy.

🏫 Open Classrooms & Memorabilia:
From 5–7 pm, the school buildings will be open for you to wander through and relive old memories. Be sure to visit the hall and library to explore 64 years of memorabilia!

🎶 Entertainment:
A DJ will be playing all your favourite tunes from across the decades under the COLA, so bring your dancing shoes!

👕 Merchandise:
Limited-edition merchandise is available for pre-purchase online or on the evening and can be collected from the uniform shop on the night. Don’t miss out!

🩹 First Aid:
If you require first aid, our First Aid Officer will be located in the uniform shop.

🛍️ Thrift Stall:
Our popular thrift stall will also be open from 5–7 pm, pop in for a bargain!

🚶 Guided Tours:
Join Mr Lawler for a guided tour of the school, departing from the bar area at 5.30 pm.

🚗 Parking:
Parking is very limited, please carpool, catch public transport, or use a taxi or ride-share where possible.

⚠️ Weather & Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of extreme weather warnings, we will notify all attendees by Friday, 14th November and will do our best to postpone the event.
If rain is forecast, the event will be moved indoors, and we’ll do our best to cater for everyone comfortably.

🚨 Emergency Information:
In case of emergency, please exit using the side gate closest to the hospital and follow directions from event staff.

🦺 Event Organisers:
Our event organisers will be wearing high-vis vests throughout the evening. Please don't hesitate to reach out to them if you have any questions or need help.

🚭 Respectful Conduct: No smoking or va**ng on school grounds. Please use labelled bins for recycling
