Explore & Develop recently acknowledged 47 educators that had reached either a 5 or 10 year milestone for 2018 at the Annual Educators Conference. Last year we introduced the milestone recognition ceremony due to the high number of people in our organisation that reached these milestones. In total we estimate that around 130 people or 66% of our educators have been employed for 5 or more years (based on our services that have been open for at least 5 years) and we are really proud of this achievement. We strive to be regarded as an employer of choice in the sector and do this through support, professional development opportunities and culture.
