Yesterday marked the end of The Art of Cream Masterclass, and we can proudly say it was a success in every way ✨

Chef led the chefs through around 12 recipes, resulting in an absolutely stunning buffet and delicious creations. Every moment was filled with valuable tips and techniques the kind of details that truly make a difference.

It was a real joy to watch the chefs share, learn, and connect throughout the experience, alongside Chef François.

A big thank you to the team and to , our ambassador, for making this event possible.

Since opening in Sydney in 2018, L’Atelier by Eustralis has become a place where chefs from around the world share their passion, creativity, and skills with our vibrant community.
💛 To all our chefs, participants, and partners thank you for making this year unforgettable. Your passion keeps the spirit of L’Atelier alive.
👨‍🍳 Chef .bourgi kicked off the year with two sold-out masterclasses in partnership with blending artistry, joy, and a few surprise recipes (and yes, a legendary ping-pong win 🎉).
🥐 Chef in collaboration with , introduced us to the world of Savoury Viennoiseries a first for L’Atelier and a bold step into flavour innovation.
🍫 Chef with returned with his signature elegance, guiding pastry chefs through modern classics and chocolate techniques that defined excellence.
🎄 And to wrap it all up, Chef with brought festive Molecular Christmas Magic closing the season with sparkle and inspiration.
