Inspired by Andy Goldsworthy, our Year 10 Visual Arts students transformed the school grounds into a gallery of nature. 🌿 Using only natural and found materials, they created beautiful site-specific artworks that celebrate creativity, sustainability and the beauty of the world around us. 🍂✨

Huge congratulations to Zuri A! 🔥

🥈After winning silver at the GWM MTB National Championships, Zuri has earned her first Australian team selection and will represent the green and gold in the Junior Downhill Squad at the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Italy. 💚💛

An incredible achievement - good luck, Zuri! We'll be cheering you on every step of the way! 🚵🌍

That’s a wrap on the Year 11 Ski Camp! ❄️ From catching the Skitube up to Blue Cow, to sending it off jumps (and recovering from some pretty spectacular stacks), our students had an absolute blast on the mountain. We even wrapped up the trip with a legendary night of karaoke! 🎤 So proud of the resilience, the laughs, and the memories made this week. 🏔️🚂⛷️

🏃‍♂️🏅 What an incredible two days at the Sydney North Athletics Carnival! 🎉

Over Monday and Tuesday, a team of 15 Davidson students competed at Homebush, showcasing determination, sportsmanship, and outstanding performances. 💙💛

👏 A huge congratulations to our athletes who have qualified for the State Carnival:
⭐ Year 7: Oliver K, Liam S & Skylah M
⭐ Year 8: Jaxon S, Lawson D, Hayden M & Lewis M
⭐ Year 10: Amelia W

🌟Our stand out athlete from the carnival was Jaxon S who won 3 individual events and was the final leg of the winning U14s Boys 4x100m relay team. 🥇

We are so proud of all our athletes for representing Davidson with pride and wish our State qualifiers the very best! 💪🎽

🌿 A huge thank you to all the wonderful parents and students who joined us for last Saturday's Garden Care Morning!

Thanks to your time, enthusiasm and hard work, our school grounds are looking fantastic. Every w**d pulled, plant pruned and wheelbarrow pushed helped make a real difference.

A special thank you from the P&C Grounds Convener for your support and community spirit. We’re so lucky to have such an amazing group of families willing to roll up their sleeves and help keep Davo High looking its best. 💚

Last term our Year 8 students swapped the classroom for the rollercoaster, spending a full day at Luna Park discovering that physics isn't just something in a textbook — it's the thing pinning you to your seat at 60km/h.

Huge thanks to our science staff for making the day run so smoothly — and to Year 8 for their fantastic behaviour and curiosity all day.
