The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are inviting Northern Beaches schools to take part in Raise Your Flag, a community initiative celebrating school spirit, creativity and local pride.
Each week leading into a Sea Eagles home game at 4 Pines Park, Davidson will raise their flag.
Raise Your Flag is about more than just football—it’s about bringing the Northern Beaches community together, encouraging school participation and celebrating the pride that comes from supporting your local team.
This initiative is supported by Westfield Warringah Mall; the program is designed to bring schools together while giving students a fun and rewarding way to connect with their local NRL team.
Whether it’s your first SOPA or your last, the SOPA spirit is thriving at Davidson! ✨

🎉Congratulations to the Davidson team, consisting of selected Year 12 soloist Miles S as well as Stage Band and Acapella ensemble who competed on Saturday at the Northshore Schools Spectacular finals, held at a Killara HS.

We went down in the final by about 3 goals, but with 120 minutes of footy in their legs, every player left absolutely everything out on the field and can hold their heads high. 👏
Each team member should be proud of their effort and contributions across the day. We'd like to give a special mention to some standout players-
🔥Deacon P: dominated the midfield and slotted 5 goals. Absolutely unstoppable.
🎯Will R: bagged 8 goals with real class.
🧠Max C: a complete footballer. Calm under pressure, reads the play beautifully, and incredibly skilful. Adapted to wherever the team needed him. One to watch. 🏃Danny D: once he hit his stride, he was unrelenting on the wing. Great motor, great kick.
💪Coby S: A fighter with genuine skill who has impressed at multiple carnivals this season.
10 different goal scorers from a squad of 19 says it all; this group plays for each other. We couldn't be prouder of every single one of them. 😍

It was fantastic to see our CAPA Council and SOPA Stage Crew members come together to make the event such a success, filled with energy, teamwork, and incredible performances. Together we raised over $3500 which will go directly toward our upcoming show — what an amazing effort from our community! 💰🔥
