Big ideas, quick conversations and plenty of fresh perspectives đź’ˇ
Project Speed Dating was back at TSS, giving students the chance to share their project ideas with their peers in a series of 30-second conversations.
After each round, students moved down the line to meet someone new, giving them the opportunity to practise explaining their project, hear different perspectives and make connections that can help shape where their projects go next.
A simple and fun way to spark new thinking, build confidence and get students talking about their ideas.

Our students on ABC Radio! đź“»
Max, Scarlet and Abi recently headed into the studio to join storyteller Andrea Gibbs on ABC Perth Radio, where they spoke about their involvement and experiences with the City of Fremantle’s Map of Memories project.
They shared what they've learnt from taking part in the special intergenerational storytelling project, working alongside students from Fremantle College to interview older members of the Walyalup/Fremantle community and help preserve the stories and memories of Fremantle for generations to come.

In Your Head 2026 đź§
Our students headed to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre for zero2hero's In Your Head 2026, a day focused on empowering young leaders to positively manage their mental health and wellbeing.
They heard from amazing speakers including Olympic diver Melissa Wu, psychiatrist Dr Kyle Hoath and How To Be Well founder Lily Gresele, before taking part in dynamic breakout sessions exploring stress, nutrition, body confidence, social media, movement and more.
A great opportunity to hear inspiring perspectives, have meaningful conversations and come away with practical tools our students can use to support their own wellbeing and those around them đź’š

Back at Boo Park and getting stuck in! 🌱
Today, a group of our students headed to Booyeembara Park to join the Booyeembara Friends Group in their ongoing bushland restoration efforts.
From weeding and watering to planting native vegetation, students rolled up their sleeves and helped care for a place that has become a special part of the TSS community 🌿
It's great to be back, giving back and watching Boo Park continue to grow đź’š
