My Parliamentary Book Award recognises the reading achievements of students across the Frankston electorate.
I headed to Frankston Special Developmental School last week to present the award to one of their amazing students, Ethan.
Ethan has shown such determination in his reading and enjoys reading both at school and at home.
Ethan enjoys reading both graphic novels and non fiction books about travel.
