Book Week 2026 has been such good fun! The week began with our parade and a visit from author Dianne Wolfer. Di shared the process she follows to turn her ideas into stories. Today, our students participated in a book swap, and tomorrow is the final chance to peruse the Book Fair. Huge thanks to parents and families for getting involved in our events. Thanks also to the Frankland River CRC for organising our author visit. It's great to share the love of books with our students!

☀️Lake Poorarecup Excursion☀️ Our Kindergarten to Year 6 students enjoyed visiting Lake Poorarecup last Thursday to learn from Larry Blight, identify invertebrates living in the lake, explore native flora, look for evidence of fauna, and learn about the history of the early settlers. Thanks to all the staff who attended and prepared for the excursion, and to June for driving the bus. Congratulations to all our students for demonstrating excellent behaviour!
