What a privilege to learn with committed colleagues in British Columbia working to reimagine education. The reflection has started (and I suspect the process will continue for weeks), and at a break in Fiji on the way home my thoughts go to the ‘purpose of schooling’. A tour to New Zealand in a few weeks and a meeting to make meaning for what’s happening in the UK, Canada, Aotearoa and Australia in early September will be the springboard for important new work in Initial Teacher Education and teacher professional learning.
