I am still this same girl with Dance in my heart 💛
My dance classes look a little different these days. What has shifted most for me though is my appreciation for the connection to others through dance.
Watching someone dance showing vulnerability. The power you feel when Women walk in heels together. Dancers hyping each other up. The connection to a dance partner on a Salsa night.
It’s all so damn beautiful. Dance will always say more than words could ever capture.
One love flowing through us all 💛

Guess what? I don’t feel like working out… so I’m not going to 🙃
I’ve been there though. Setting all the goals. Having the strict workout schedule. Tracking my progress and pushing for better. Working hard when I should have been resting.
This year has been different though. I’ve given myself the freedom to move my body in whatever way feels best for me every day.
No more set amount of times I need to lift. No more set amount of kms I need to run. Just the freedom to play with movement any way I want.
I get this way may not be for everyone and hey, I might go back to the grind one day.
For now though… I’m fcking loving it & Ive never felt better 🥰💛

It has taken me a little longer to find my new year motivation in 2026.
I’m ready now! LETS GOOO 💃🏻✨
Guys - the 1st of Jan is not some magic date.
All of your lifestyle habits will not change dramatically overnight. Or if they do - they will be very hard to maintain. You are not a failure, you are just setting yourself up for failure!
Choose one thing you would like to work on and focus on that for a month. Once it becomes a habit, bring in another new goal.
I’m going to bring you along on my journey.
I’m starting simple - My goal for the month of January is to drink over 2L of water a day.
