When you accidentally back into the wrong gap.

I loved watching this solitary bee returning with her pollen load (stuck under her abdomen) to off load to lay an egg on. This was in a bee hotel in a public park in Parma, Italy

Did some honey tastings at today. They have such a huge range of varietal honeys. I can't fathom the organisation, the amount the hives need to be regularly moved and the timing and knowledge of flowers and reading the seasons needed to be able to collect so many different nectar sources. What an incredible beekeeper and business! If you are ever in the area drop in for a tasting.
There is even a partially ruined, 14th-century fortress next door to explore.
