Farewell Miss Karen - AKA Blue

The time has come to say goodbye to Miss Karen as she heads off into a very well earned retirement… even though we all agree she’s far too young and probably just decided she didn’t feel like working anymore 😆

Karen, you are an incredible educator, colleague, and friend. Your warmth, humour, dedication, and love for children have shaped countless little humans and plenty of educators too.

We wish you all the happiness in the world, a retirement full of relaxation, laughter, and grandchildren.

Thank you for everything Blue, you are one in a million!

Happy 2nd Birthday to Pallara ELC!

Today marks 2 wonderful years since Pallara Early Learning Centre first opened its doors! We celebrated this special milestone with lots of fun, laughter, and learning, and of course, birthday cake!

To make our celebration extra special, the children were treated to an exciting Ocean Life Show. They were captivated as they explored the wonders of marine life, learning about:
• The different creatures that live under the sea
• How starfish and sea cucumbers feel and move
• Why it’s important to care for our oceans and keep them clean

A big shout out to Miss Ruby and Miss Sandeep, who have been part of the Pallara ELC journey from day one. Their dedication, warmth, and love for the children have helped shape the heart of our centre. Thank you both for being part of this incredible journey.

Here's to many more years of growing, learning, and celebrating together!

What an AMAZING day at Pallara State School’s Under 8's Day!

The children learned so much through fun and play, as well as friendships, the people who help us in the community, caring for animals, and being part of a vibrant school community... not to mention the joy of a good face paint design!

A huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful parents who joined us and made the day extra special! Your support, smiles, and energy helped create memories that our kids will treasure forever.

We are so grateful to share these moments with such an incredible group of families.

Happy Mother’s Day

To all the amazing mums, grandmas, and mother figures, today we celebrate YOU! Wishing you a beautiful day filled with love, laughter, and well-deserved pampering.

This ANZAC Day, we pause to remember and honour the brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our freedom.

May we continue to teach our little ones the importance of courage, resilience, and gratitude.

Easter Fun

What a joyful week we've had celebrating Easter with our little learners! The children were busy participating in a variety of fun and meaningful Easter experiences, from decorating eggs and making adorable bunny crafts, to going on exciting Easter egg hunts and learning about the themes of kindness and sharing.

A big thank you to all the families who joined us for yesterday’s Easter Bonnet Parade the creativity on display was absolutely amazing! The children were so proud to show off their beautiful bonnets, and it was heartwarming to see so many smiling faces in the crowd.
