We have the MOST incredible team of private tutors.

Very few, if any, tutoring businesses invest as heavily in their staff as we do. We love bringing our team together to let them know how much we appreciate them and so they know they're not alone. There is strength in our collective knowledge.

Today we provided our staff with professional development on:
🧠 Critical competencies and behaviours for effective tutoring.
💻 Resources to promote learning within and outside of sessions.
👨‍🏫 Effective tutoring structures and strategies.
📝 Legislative requirements including child and personal safety.
🎯 Shared and individual responsibilities.
🧘‍♀️ Goal setting and care for self.

We are fully compliant with National Working With Children requirements and are registered with the Australian Tutoring Association.

Please reach out if you think we can help your child to achieve their best in Maths and Science this year.

Thank you to our incredible staff who make a difference to the students they support.
What better way to celebrate the end of another great year than with the team challenge of an escape room.

We want our staff to be what they see.

Learning should be motivating and enjoyable, so our directors, Natalee and Stuart, set the tone for the year by creating engaging, meaningful and collaborative professional development activities that focused on:
- Team work
- Problem solving and clear communication
- Listening, questioning and explaining
- Child safety and professional etiquette
- Personal grooming and operational requirements
- Resourcing to ensure our students receive the best support possible.

Our professional development program ensures that we are compliant with the Australian Tutoring Association Code of Conduct and delivering best practice in the industry.

We treat our staff with respect and ensure that they are safe and cared for. We are nothing without the amazing staff that represent our good name.
