Our Grandparents Day is a special celebration and a highlight on the primary school calendar, with students preparing songs, dances, activities and morning tea treats to share with their grandparents and special friends.

It was wonderful to see so many guests fill our Chapel, Hall and Classrooms and share a day in the life of a Grammar student. We had an amazing morning spending quality time together. Thank you to all of our grandparents and special friends for joining us.

We’ve had a fantastic term of extension and enrichment learning!

πŸ’‘ We were proud to host the G.A.T.E.WAYS β€˜Eureka’ Program, welcoming high-ability students from across the region for a day of creativity, collaboration and deep thinking. This term’s focus on Language and Literature saw students exploring storytelling in engaging and meaningful ways.

🎭 We also had four of our students represent Grammar at the SCIPHA Day of Excellence, where they worked alongside peers from across the region to develop their skills in drama, culminating in a collaborative performance

Both programs provide valuable opportunities for students to connect with like-minded peers, think more deeply and challenge themselves beyond the classroom.

Well done to all students involved, and thank you to Brenda Gahan, Head of Extended Learning P–10, for fostering a love of learning and creating these opportunities for our students. We are looking forward to more learning opportunities in Term 3!

We proudly recognised our Year 12 lifelong learner students who have been at Grammar since Prep, as well as our dedicated staff who have helped shape our school over the past three decades.
