Goodstart Forbes is delighted to introduce Vanshika, a valued member of our early learning team.
Originally from Fiji, Vanshika has always had a strong interest in working with children and supporting their growth, learning, and development. Her passion for early childhood education began at a young age and continues to inspire her work every day.
Vanshika is dedicated to creating a learning environment where every child feels safe, respected, and experiences a strong sense of belonging. She believes that children thrive when they feel connected and valued within their learning community.
With a strong focus on child-centred learning, Vanshika ensures that children's voices, interests, and ideas are at the heart of the curriculum. She enjoys collaborating with children to design meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Did you know that you don't need to have permanent bookings to enrol at Goodstart Forbes?
Families are welcome to enrol their child with us and, where vacancies permit, access casual care days as needed. This provides flexibility for work commitments, appointments, study days, or simply giving your child an extra day to learn, play, and connect with friends.
The early years are some of the most important in a child's development. High-quality early learning environments help children build essential skills that support them for life, including communication, confidence, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and social connections. Through play-based learning, children develop a love of learning, independence, and the foundations they need to thrive at school and beyond.

💙 Pyjama Day: Making a Difference Together 💙
Friday the31st, we celebrate Pyjama Day, a special opportunity to come together as a community while supporting children who may be facing hardship in their early years. By simply wearing our favourite pyjamas, we are helping raise awareness of the importance of providing every child with the opportunity to feel safe, valued, and connected.
Pyjama Day is more than just a fun event—it highlights the vital role that stable, nurturing relationships play in a child's development. Many children in foster care or challenging circumstances rely on the support of caring adults and community programs to help them thrive. Through events like Pyjama Day, we can contribute to creating brighter futures and ensuring that all children have access to the resources and support they deserve.
As a community, we have the power to make a meaningful impact. By participating, donating, and raising awareness, we demonstrate the values of kindness, empathy, and inclusion. We also provide a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about compassion and the importance of helping others.
