Ten Years ago on March 2nd 2023 I began an incredible journey (although I didn't know it at the time!) - teaching Zumba classes. Ten years is a major milestone and a big achievement in the Zumba world and I feel much respect and admiration for all other Zumba teachers who like me work many hours behind the scenes and do plenty of 'soldiering on'.

Ten years ago it was all Pitbull, Daddy Yankee, Shakira, neon pants rolled up on your left leg and midriffs showing (Lol) - crazy stuff. Times have changed and Zumba has evolved but it's still just as crazy and the best FUN!

Half of my original class are still with me, which is so amazing and we have grown and become a much bigger stronger community. We value our close friendships but being connected to a larger circle of people has really added to our overall health and happiness in a way that only a community can.

We've learn't so much over the years and our hearts have grown with each new face and song and dance. I'm so grateful for all the musicians, Zumba 'You Tubers', Zumba Instructors and of course Zumba itself. Thank you.

So on Sunday March 19th we will celebrate with a special Zumba class and play the class' Top 10 tracks from the last ten years plus some of my personal favourites, followed by a light lunch. If you would like to join us, please come, we absolutely welcome you.
