Our Recognition Garden is a place where families can share messages of gratitude, appreciation, or recognition for our incredible team of educators. Whether it’s a moment of kindness, a breakthrough in learning, or simply the way your child lights up when they see their teacher. We’d love to hear about it!

🌿 You’ll find blank recognition slips near the foyer, just write your message and pop it into the box. We’ll proudly display your words in our garden for all to see.

We are all about colour, creativity, and a little bit of mess! Our children explored messy painting play, using brushes, sponges, hands—and even elbows!—to express themselves freely on big sheets of paper.

This kind of sensory experience helps build:
🧠 Cognitive development
✋ Fine and gross motor skills
💬 Language through describing colours, textures, and movements
❤️ Confidence through open-ended creativity

Each day, our educators have extended the learning in new and exciting ways — from digging through sensory trays filled with earthy textures to creating their very own erupting volcano! 🌋✨

By tuning into the children’s curiosity and gradually adding more sensory elements, we’re creating hands-on experiences that spark imagination, build language, and encourage exploration.

At Milestones, we love making every child’s birthday feel special and personal! 💛

To celebrate, our talented chef bakes a custom cake just for them — with the help of our families, who fill out a birthday cake order form with their child, choosing the colours and details together. 🍰✨

In the afternoon, we gather as a group to sing a big, Happy Birthday and enjoy the cake together for afternoon tea. 🎶🥳

It’s a beautiful way to celebrate each child’s milestone with joy, connection, and a little sprinkle of magic. 🌈🎈

Liv brings so much more than delicious meals to our centre. Her initiative, creative flair, and inventive recipes keep our menu exciting and our children happy and well-nourished. This week, our Toddler room has been busy exploring the world of animals through small world play! 🦒🐘🐾

Each day, our educators have been listening closely to the children’s interests—engaging in conversations, observing their play, and responding by adding or removing elements from the small world setup. This intentional approach allowed the environment to evolve throughout the week, creating a truly child-led experience. 🌿✨

From jungle creatures to farm favourites, the children used their imaginations to explore habitats, sounds, and stories—while developing their language, social skills, and understanding of the animal world.

We love watching their curiosity grow with every new discovery! 🐄🦓🧡
