Some of the finished creations from our Yr 3-6 Go & Grow group inspired by Deb McNaughton. Students used abstract shapes and detailed patterns to create their own vivid artworks. Come check them out hanging in our front office.

Today was extra special as KH, 1P, and 1/2M wowed us all with their assembly item! Their performances were full of creativity, confidence and teamwork. Well done to our wonderful students and teachers for all their hard work. Thank you to everyone who came along to support them. We loved seeing so many happy faces in the audience!

Our last session of the Term 3 Go and Grow sessions wrapped up today! The students had a wonderful time finishing up their projects, continuing their learning, and simply having fun together. We’re so proud of all their efforts and creativity throughout the sessions.

Go and Grow Groups are back at Figtree Heights Public School!

Across most terms, students take part in three one-hour sessions where they get to choose from a range of activities offered by our teachers. It’s a great opportunity for students to explore new interests, develop skills, make connections and learn with students from across the school.

This podcast episode comes from one of our Go and Grow Groups. We hope you enjoy listening and hearing about what our students have been learning and creating!
