As karate is all about personal development, each of us progresses at our own rate, be it technique, understanding, fitness, strength, flexibility, etc, all aspects are a gradual progression. You will see yourself become more adept at technique, fitter, stronger and more flexible in a guided and sustainable manner no matter what your age or current fitness level. Our Dojo also welcomes visitors from other styles to come and train in the spirit of friendship and learning.
