💚 MENTAL HEALTH WEEK 2026 💚
Mental health is about how we think, feel and cope with the ups and downs of everyday life. Just like our physical health, looking after our mental health is important at every age.
Positive mental health helps our children learn, build friendships, manage challenges, feel confident and develop a strong sense of belonging.
This Mental Health Week, we’re reminding our school community that connection matters. A kind word, including someone, really listening, asking for help or simply spending time together can make a difference.
The national Mental Health Month message for 2026 is “Together We Thrive” because when we feel connected, supported and valued, we are stronger together. 💛💙
This week, we’ll be sharing some simple ways our students and families can look after themselves, look out for others and strengthen the connections around them.
Together, we thrive. 🌱
