If 10 families attend, St Andrew's will receive a FREE Thermomix for our tuckshop through the Thermomix community support program.
A Thermomix would be a fantastic addition to our tuckshop and help support food preparation for our school community.

Whether you're already a Thermomix owner, curious to learn more, or simply want to support St Andrew's, we'd love to see you there. Bring a friend, neighbour, grandparent or family member and help us reach our goal of 10 families!

SYMPHONY OF STORIES | As another wonderful Book Week comes to a close, we would like to thank our students, families and staff for embracing the joy of reading, creativity and imagination 📚✨ We particularly thank our Librarian, Mrs Belinda Pickering for bringing this week to life with daily activities, competitions and our annual Book Week events, the Teddy Bear's Picnic and Character Parade.

On Tuesday our Junior Years parents joined us for our Teddy Bears’ Picnic. It was lovely to see so many families sharing in the fun, and especially exciting to welcome some of our future 2027 Prep students who came along to join in the festivities. We loved seeing our youngest visitors enjoying the magic of Book Week alongside our school community.

Our Book Week Parade was once again a highlight, with students arriving in an incredible array of creative costumes. It was also wonderful to welcome our special guests from Habitat Early Learning Ferny Grove, who joined us for the parade and stole our hearts in the process! Whether you got crafty with a needle and thread, reached for the hot glue gun, or worked your online shopping magic to find the perfect outfit, thank you for helping bring your child’s favourite book characters to life. Your support and encouragement help foster a love of reading and inspire your child’s imagination.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Book Week 2026 such a special celebration of stories, creativity and fun.

QCMF SUCCESS 🎵 | Congratulations to our talented St Andrew's choirs on their outstanding success at the Queensland Catholic Music Festival on Friday!

Our Junior Choir proudly achieved a Silver Award🥈 while our Senior Choir took out Gold🥇 These results are a testament to the commitment, perseverance and enthusiasm shown by our students throughout the year. Behind every performance are countless rehearsals, and a willingness to continually strive for excellence. We are incredibly proud of the effort and dedication each chorister has shown.

A special thank you to Mrs Petra Sitsky for her ongoing passion and commitment to developing our school choirs. Her encouragement, expertise and tireless support have helped our students grow in confidence and musical ability, creating opportunities for them to shine on stage.

Well done to all involved! 🎵
