Apparently normal stretching just isn’t enough when you’re dancers! 🤣 Some positions only dancing friends could get into and still act like everything is perfectly normal. 😂

At the barre, our students may be working side by side, but each dancer is developing at their own pace and focusing on what they need most.

With individual teacher attention, we can give each student specific exercises, corrections and encouragement to help build their strength, technique and confidence.

Sometimes progress means refining. Small detail. Sometimes it’s mastering a new skill. And sometimes it’s simply feeling more confident than the week before 🥰

Little Grooverz is SO much more than just dancing!

While our Little Grooverz are busy wiggling, giggling and having FUN, they’re also building confidence, coordination, fine motor skills, friendships and the foundations of dance!

Learning through movement, music & a whole lot of FUN! 🪩🎶💙

🏴‍☠️ Ahoy, Little Grooverz! 🏴‍☠️

This week we set sail on a pirate adventure! 🌊⚓ We galloped our way across the seas, bravely walked the plank and danced, twirled and grooved just like pirates! 💃🕺☠️

But the big question is… did our Little Grooverz find the hidden treasure? 👀🗺️💰
