Year 2/3/4 have been working hard on their spider webs to coincide with our english unit on Charlotte's web. We have finally put our writing in the web. If you are familiar with the story Charlotte wrote many things such as some pig, terrific, radiant and humble. These are pictures of very proud creators.

Celebrating 50 years of Deadly!!

Please join our NAIDOC event on September 4 (10.30am to 12.30pm) at the Tully Masonic Centre at 3 Murray Street, Tully - all school age children are welcome with responsible adult.

Sept 4 is a school pupil free day so we expect to see a HUGE turnout.

Attendance is free and a simple BBQ with a drink will be provided. Food tolerances should be advised.

Learn about Gulngay culture from Mr Clarence Kinjun and the Girringun Rangers will share their knowledge about biodiversity, caring for country and rainforest culture with games and activities. Make sure your kids wear practical clothes as outdoor and indoor activities may result in a bit of dirt or paint splatter.

Congratulations to Keighley for bringing home 1st in Discus today with an impressive 22.88m throw. Congratulations also go to our other competitors- Ellie who participated in 100 & 200 metres and set a PB in High Jump so well done Ellie.
Other congrats go to Harry who competed in Long jump and Georgia who competed yesterday in 100 metres. Congratulations again to you all and our little school is very proud of your achievements and dedication well done FSS competitors.

What an amazing day we had celebraring the Italian culture and heritage of Feluga by having a huge italian feast and dress up day. A big thank you to Signora Lazzarini and Mrs Valeriano for putting this altogether and another big thank you to the staff and volunteers who made delicious pasta, pizza, sausage, crumbed steak, salad and the large variety of desserts we just couldnt resist. We all had a wonderful time! Congratulations to Mrs V on her special lap around the sun.
