Hello to all my Little Learner families, friends and community,
I am so excited to share with you all that I will be stepping into the role of Centre Director from today. As many of you already know, I have been part of this wonderful centre / community for the past 23 years and have been the 2IC for the last 3 of them. I feel incredibly grateful to continue this journey now as Director.
I also want to acknowledge that I have big shoes to fill stepping into this role and I do so with great respect for the strong foundation that has been built here, and I am committed to continuing that legacy while supporting our centre to grow and thrive. (Thank you Emma ~ you will be so missed ❤️)
Having already built strong connections with many of you, your children, and our amazing team, I am looking forward to continuing to grow these relationships and further supporting our centre in providing a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for every child’s needs.
For those who may not know me as well, I am also a proud mum of four children who I love dearly. Being both a parent and an educator gives me a deep understanding of how important trust, communication, and genuine care are when it comes to your child’s early learning journey.
With over 23 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about what I do and strongly believe in working in partnership with families to create the best possible outcomes for all children and to make our centre feel like a home away from home.
My door is always open, and I welcome any conversations, feedback, or ideas you may have.
