This National Reconciliation Week, we’re reflecting on the importance of reconciliation and our shared responsibility in creating a more just and equitable future.
This year’s theme, All In, reminds us that reconciliation requires all of us to take meaningful action, challenge racism and injustice, and create spaces where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and voices are respected and valued.
At Fair Foundations, we are continuing this work through the implementation of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, strengthening how we embed reconciliation into our everyday work and relationships with community.

We're ready to get into June!
This month, our LifeAbility Hub participants will be out and about enjoying ten-pin bowling, aqua golf, grocery shopping, and visits to the library. We’ll also be getting creative with activities like clay art, candle making, and crafting gifts for Father’s Day, alongside visits to Georges River National Park, Bicentennial Park, and many other local places and experiences.
Our program is shaped by our participants, with activities and outings based on their interests, and this month is no different.

This week, as part of National Volunteer Week, we had the pleasure of celebrating our wonderful volunteers at a Volunteer Acknowledgement Lunch at the Fairfield Youth & Community Centre ❤️
Although it was a small gathering, it created space for genuine connection, reflection, and appreciation for the people who give their time so generously to support our community.
Each volunteer was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a small gift as a token of thanks for their care and commitment.
To all of our volunteers: thank you for the difference you make, every day. We are truly grateful for everything you do.
