https://exmouthpandc.tidyhq.com/ Our Parents’ & Citizens’ Association (P&C) is a vital part of Exmouth District High School. This is done by:
- Fundraising and allocating funds raised
- Organising activities and events to promote a sense of school community
- Providing input from a parents’

perspective on school policies and other issues that arise. The P&C is a separate body to the school and is governed by a Constitution. Anyone can join the P&C and any level of involvement is welcome. Your involvement can range from being an Office Bearer or taking on one of the many other P&C positions, taking an active role on our Working Group or even just attending the P&C meetings to see what goes on. At the start of each year, our Principal and the P&C discuss the school’s funding requests and considers suggestions from P&C members and the wider parent community. Projects and activities are prioritised and funds allocated.

A big thank you to Greg, Lisa and Budgie, campground hosts at Winderabandi and North Lefroy, for cleaning up our beaches and generously donating the containers to our Cash for Containers account. They have been busy cleaning up since Cyclone Narelle! Your support is truly appreciated! 💙♻️🌊

𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗥𝗦! 💙

Yesterday our amazing team of 𝟯𝟬 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 absolutely smashed it:

🌭 𝟮𝟳𝟬 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀

From collecting orders, prepping food, cooking, serving and cleaning up, our volunteer army fed 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟯𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀! 👏

𝗛𝘂𝗴𝗲, 𝗛𝗨𝗚𝗘... 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 achievement for our P&C volunteer army who gave up their time to make it happen. Without you, none of this would be possible. 💙🙌

🚚✨ Many will recognize this little white trailer!

A huge thank you to Jocelyn and Trevor Clarke for generously donating their BBQ trailer to the Exmouth P&C. We certainly missed having it available at the swim carnival, and we’re incredibly grateful for their donation so we can use it at the sports carnival! 🏊‍♂️➡️🏃‍♀️

With a little love and attention ❤️🔧, we aim to restore the trailer to its former glory so it can continue serving our community for many years to come.

Thank you, Jocelyn and Trev, for your generosity. The support you have given our community will not be forgotten. 🙏🌟
