You set the goal.
You KNOW you want it.
So why is it still so damn hard to consistently do the things that will get you there?
Maybe it's time to go deeper.
Because "lose weight", "get fit" or "go to the gym three times a week" is rarely the real goal.
It's what you believe having that thing will give you.
More energy?
Confidence?
Freedom?
Feeling comfortable in your own skin again?
Being able to keep up with your kids?
Feeling proud of the way you're taking care of yourself?
So ask yourself:
If I had the thing I say I want, what would having it give me?
Then ask it again.
And again.
Because when you stop chasing the surface-level goal and get clear on what you're really moving towards, you've got a much stronger reason to keep choosing it on the days you don't particularly feel like it.
Know what you want.
But more importantly...
know WHY you want it. 🤍
