We’re on the lookout for a few great humans to join our crew as Volunteer Backyard Bolters Mentors.
Are you a lawn‑mowing legend, an ace on a line‑trimmer, a hedge‑shaping pro, or someone who just loves being outdoors and getting stuck into practical work?
Are you the person who can fix a mower, sharpen a blade, or spot what needs doing in a yard before anyone else does?
Or maybe you’re simply great with young adults and enjoy sharing what you know.
Our Backyard Bolters are a team of young men building real‑world skills and running their own small lawn‑care microbusiness. We’re looking for mentors who can come along occasionally, support the crew, and pass on their know‑how.
